A Little Something About The Owners

We moved to Bali from the Central Coast of NSW where Milton was Secretary Manager of Halekulani Bowling Club and Kerry had worked as a pre-school Teacher for the last 15 years, we have 5 children and a Grandson.
On the 9th November 2002 we started to renovate our Restaurant and Opened on the 20th December 2002.
We had always visited and loved Bali with a passion this being one of many reasons for moving to this paradise island.
We have had many challenges since making the decision to move “The Bomb”, “The War” and “Sar’s” but decided to live our Dream of Owning a Restaurant in Bali.
We had 14 Staff working for us 7 Front Staff & 7 Kitchen Staff.
Update 2006
Despite the “Tsunami” another “Bomb” and the collapse of “Air Paradise”, three years on we have taken a 10-year lease on our new Premises in
Jl Padma 17 Legian Kuta. After major renovations we opened on the 7th February 2006.
We now have 24 Balinese staff plus Trainee’s all coming from the old restaurant and we still have the original 14 staff. Our head Chef Pak Komang has been with us since opening and he is proud to offer his unique style of cooking. We still have live entertainment Monday Wednesday Friday & Saturday.
We have met a wide variety of people from all over the world and many of them we are very pleased to call our friends.
